Moving Solutions helps older adults move from large homes or apartments to retirement communities, assisted living facilities or smaller apartments.
While we typically assist with packing and unpacking and arrange for the sale of unwanted belongings, the greatest benefit we provide is often helping clients sort through belongings and prepare for their move. We reduce the stress and physical demands of moving and provide peace of mind.
We are looking for special individuals who want to work 8-16 weekdays per month. For many people, our part-time, flexible scheduling, service orientation, and the opportunity to make a difference in someone’s life provide a uniquely satisfying employment opportunity. Must have personal transportation.
Note: We are not movers and seldom lift anything over 25 lbs; however, the work is physical.
